We will happily reschedule your class if you notify us at least 7 days prior to the class date. Please contact the Italian Cooking Experience via phone or email to arrange a new date.
A full refund or credit voucher will be issued if cancellation is made 14 days prior to the scheduled date.
It is your responsibility to inform the Cooking Experience team if you anticipate being late for the class, beyond the advertised
start time. If you fail to do so and arrive late, please be aware that we have a strict policy of closing the gates 15 minutes after the advertised start time to prevent disruption to other guests. In such cases, we regret to inform you that no refunds or rescheduling will be granted.
There are no refunds on all Gift Card purchases. All purchases are final.

Allergies and Dietary Requirements
We regret to inform you that we are currently unable to accommodate individuals with Celiac or Vegan dietary restrictions in our open-to-public workshops. However, for our Gnocchi and Arancini workshops, we can make arrangements to cater for those with Celiac restrictions. For private classes, we are happy to discuss Celiac and Vegan dietary requirements as we can tailor the menu to the group’s needs.

Photo and Videos
During the Italian Cooking Experience, we may capture photos and videos that could be utilised for promotional purposes relating to the Stefano Marvello brand and other experiences. Please inform us on the day of the event if you do not wish to be included in any photos or videos taken of you or your group.
We collect personal information during the booking process to communicate with you about your booking, send reminders about
upcoming classes, process payments, and for internal reporting purposes. Your information is kept confidential and will never be shared with anyone outside of our affiliated companies without your prior consent.
